Features:

The 5052 aluminium sheet plate is an AL-Mg alloy aluminium plate, and the magnesium is the main alloying element in the 5052 alloy aluminium plate, and it is the most widely used rust-proof aluminum. This alloy has high strength, but it cannot be heat treated and strengthened. It has good plasticity during semi-cold hardening, low plasticity during cold work hardening, good corrosion resistance, good weldability, poor machinability and polishing. It is often used as a typical rust-proof alloy material for transportation vehicles, ship sheet metal parts, instruments, street lamp brackets and rivets, hardware products, electrical enclosures, etc. It can also be used to manufacture aircraft fuel tanks, oil pipes and aerospace aluminum alloy materials.

Order receiving —— Material requisition ——Incision——Dadoing——Corner cut——Twist——Stiffened plate——Re-inspection--——Entering warehouse

2.Further processing: coating base plate.
3.Electric appliance: refrigerator; washing machine; recorder; microwave, etc.

2. 15-20MT can be loaded into 20’container and 21-24MT is more suitable in 40’container.
